A huge shout out to Elaine for putting together the perfect holiday! Everything went seamlessly. All our transfers were waiting. We were in safe hands with professional friendly drivers. The most fabulous hotels in perfect locations were exactly what we were looking for. The cruise was beyond our expectations. Nothing was too much trouble for Elaine. She always came straight back to me with any queries. For us, it was just so great to relax knowing everything had been taken care of. Highly recommend her.

Nicky was a wonderful help when we were totally overwhelmed with options (most unsuitable) she offered us limited, suitable suggestions which completely met our brief resulting in a holiday which was just what we wanted and perfect for us. With a friendly, personal touch with excellent communication and reassurance Nicky gave us full confidence and removed all the unknown. It's so great to know she was always there should anything crop up or not work out as planned (it didn't!!) We will definitely ask Nicky to help us in the future and would highly recommend. I’m so glad that we found Nicky - we asked her for recommendations for a resort holiday for 3 kids under 7 and she definitely delivered. We were getting so overwhelmed with our options and Nicky took all the stress away. The resort was perfect, Nicky arranged all the details and transfers for us so that all we needed to do was turn up.
Nicky was always available if we needed anything extra and her attention to detail was spot on.

I can’t express enough how BRILLIANT Nicky has been in creating the perfect holiday. Went to Austria skiing and everything was thought of down to the finest detail. Thank you again and will definitely see you for our next adventure!

Recently returned from our first ski trip without our adult children. The trip was arranged by Nicky from Globally Mine, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, Nicky's customer service was top-notch. She was attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The advice and personal touch she provided allowed us to pick a holiday that was exactly right for us. The trip itself was fantastic, with great accommodation and seamless logistics. Nicky really helped out with our family holiday in the Maldives. She found out exactly what we were after and the resort she sorted us out with was spot on. She was always on hand to answer any questions that I had before we went away. Great trip away would thoroughly recommend.
